Why Myanmar Inspirations?
In today's highly competitive IT training marketplace in Myanmar, the right training is becoming vital in securing the future of companies, particularly large enterprises. Training providers need to offer a portfolio that is comprehensive in the depth as well as breadth of courses, together with a range of services to address different needs. Companies need to be reassured that their staffs are not just given broad-based, portable and transferable skills, but that those enhanced skills meet real commercial needs by having a dedicated business focus. As one of the leading providers of IT and Professional Skills training in the Myanmar, we are in the ideal position to fulfill and exceed these expectations.
From individual vendor certification paths to large roll-out programmes, developing new skills to providing re-skilling programmes, the focus at Myanmar Inspirations is on providing the right solution. Our selection of public courses, for example, has been developed to fill the most common skills gaps that enterprises face today. Whether familiarisation courses for end-users or certification routes for key IT personnel, or courses leading to industry recognised qualifications, there is a vast choice of solutions, dates and training centres.
In specialised areas of a programme or system, for example on legacy environments or systems where no current proprietary training courses are available, our experience with countless organisations means we can also recommend and deliver tailor-made solutions. Experience with a broad range of companies and industrial sectors have given us the ability to analyse, understand and develop training courses based around individual and industrial needs.
Developing the right blend
One of Myanmar Inspirations' biggest assets is our pioneering
approach in developing and providing delivery methods that maximise
the productivity of course participants and reduce their time
away from work. Indeed, we believe that training should be regarded
as an investment rather than a cost, so solutions are blended
to satisfy the needs of course participants whilst also helping
companies.
Instructor-led, classroom-based courses are part of this, but it often also includes mentoring, coaching, traditional distance learning, Web-based learning and Web-based pre- and post-course assessments.
As noted experts in e-Learning, we also offer cost-effective stand-alone training through our online e-Learning portal, and can advise on the effectiveness of existing or proposed e-Learning materials, recommend where there are gaps that need to be filled, and ensure that the promise of the technology is truly fulfilled.
So whatever your training needs, Myanmar Inspirations is the perfect partner to provide a blend of standard options and tailored training and e-Learning, together with project management of an entire programme, if required.
Instructor-Led Training
With three purpose-built training centres across the country
offering quality training that includes one PC per person, the
latest technology and structured environments, Myanmar Inspirations
can satisfy the training requirements of every organisation.
Trainers are also experts in their particular fields, and have
wide industry experience together with accreditations from major
manufacturers and vendors.
Scheduled courses
These provide the most accessible route to training, with our
most popular courses held at frequent intervals across the country.
One of the key criteria for clients when purchasing scheduled
courses is availability, and Myanmar Inspirations offer what
is probably the most comprehensive schedule available in the
Myanmar. All our courses feature one PC per course participant,
and therefore benefit fully from hands-on demonstrations as
well as in-depth and knowledgeable guidance. This, together
with the opportunity to meet with their peers and share ideas
and experiences, enhances the training and makes it truly worthwhile.
On site training
On site training offers further advantages, both in minimising
the time course participants spend away from their desks, and
in delivering specialised courses to fixed timescales. For large
groups in particular, such training can be very cost-effective,
and courses can be planned around in-company issues that would
be too sensitive to broach on a public stage.
In-house training can also be delivered at either a Myanmar Inspirations training centre or at your own venue. It can be focused to provide course participants with intense training in your own legacy applications, or specific areas of other applications. Again, the freedom to talk about and resolve company or organisational issues is one of the major attractions of such training, together with the cost advantages that this form of training brings.
e-Learning
While e-Learning cannot replace traditional learning methods,
it can be an effective and useful added channel for the delivery
of effective training. At Myanmar Inspirations, we have therefore
developed a range of strategic partnerships and arrangements
with e-Learning providers to which we add our learning expertise
and service to provide e-Learning that truly works.
Supporting our approach is our e-Learning consultancy service, where we increasingly advise clients on the most effective e-Learning strategy to adopt, the right e-Learning system to invest in, and the best ways to make the most of current e-Learning systems.
